High recommend Lyles Waterbeds, great product, professional and friendly service, and great product knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble and Lyle even custom made a King bed base with 4 drawers. We had a water 20 years ago and have happily returned to supreme comfort and full nights sleep again.

Lyle is amazing!! I've never had such amazing customer service and flexibility to my wishes! I wanted something he had never done before, but before I had even committed to buying from him, he had spent hours researching how to provide exactly what I wanted for the cheapest he could........ sending me information on how he would be able to do it .... (would have taken way less effort and time for him to do it the more expensive way) and he went more than the extra mile to provide exactly what I wanted right down to the finest detail for the most economical way he could. I live quite far from Melbourne, so was worried about having to pick it up or take delivery and set it all up on my own - but no!! Lyle again did his utmost to make the whole process as sweet and easy as possible. He drove the bed down himself, took the time to show me the set up, patiently adjusted to my whim the exact positioning of the bed and educated me fully regarding the ongoing care for my waterbed and relocating procedure should it be required. He also provides after sales advice and products, so I know I'll always have back up if anything needs attention. I am more than happy with the finished product which was designed to match a tall boy I already have..... and oh my Goodness!! I had forgotten just exactly HOW good it is to sleep in a pure water bed! I had one years ago and knew it was the best sleep I can remember - but forgot how good it is to actually sleep well, warm and comfortable. Thank you Lyle!!! Over the moon!!!

After years of sore shoulders, in bed and in the mornings, I thought that a waterbed may help, by redistributing the pressures. I did a search and several outlets came up. I was particularly impressed by Lyle's, every review gave 5 star rating and high praise. Another factor is that his beds are mainly made in Oz, and any imported parts are the best available, not the cheapest (Chinese). Because my wife was a bit iffy about a waterbed we chose the two bladder version, hers with max wave control, mine with none. Lyle obligingly fitted in with our Chrissy do, and came on a Sunday, did an excellent installation and gave us a run down on how to look after it. After just one night on the bed I didn't have any pains, during the night, or in the morning. I have joined the ranks of happy customers.

Have had a water bed for over 30 years and would not sleep on any other kind of bed , the comfort is unbeatable. As I have purchased a number of products from Lyle previously when it finally came time to buy a new bed I turned to Lyle . The bed is excellent quality and Lyle painted the sides to match the other bedroom furniture. Very happy with the product and the service that Lyle provides , highly recommend.
