The food was excellent. Well worth the wait. If it's fast service you want, this not the place for you, however, if you are willing to be patient, the food is out of this world. Perhaps place your order when you book your table. That's what I decided I am doing next time. The shrimp dish was deep with flavours and the rendang was spicy yet full of flavour with clear notes if citrus. Never had a curry like that before. The cucumber pickle on the side was a great refresher for the pallet. This is a must try if you want authentic Indonesian cuisine.

Good food, though the menu seemed a little non-traditional and definitely limited in choice. Both our choices worked out great though. A nice little out of the way place.

Overall a very nice experience, the recipes are quite authentic and definitely delicious. We enjoyed the personal communication with the owner, about the origins of the restaurant. Dare to sit outside!

The ingredients are fresh and the taste is sublimeme. Me and a friend have enough experience with this kitchen and we really enjoyed the quality. The style is a bit simple but fits the place. The cook came to our table and we had a nice chat. It's advisable to reserve in advance. The only con was the long waiting time, but it's a small restaurant.
