Nice place with absolutely fabulous food at an adequate price. The menu might seem a little small at first glance, but the dishes they have are excellent. We were five people and everyone ordered a different dish. All of them were so good that each one of us would have delightfully eaten any one of the five. A absolute recommendation!

Le Marquis was recommended to us by the restaurant Citrus after they weren’t able to seat us and I am glad we found this place. The women who sat us was lovely and recommend a good bottle of white wine for us. To start we ordered 2 different types of burrata salads to share which were both great. I particularly liked the burrata with olives. For my main course I had the beef fillet with a celery cream sauce which was cool perfectly and tasted quite nice. After the food we were so full we skipped desert. Over all the food was very tasty and the service was great and not rushed. Yeah

The food is fine but definitely overpriced. Good venue and friendly service. However for the price charged and the experience overall, I would have expected something different - both service and food wise. On another note, lovely location - right in the middle of a typical Nice’s street.
