While I love my kitchen and found the staff member I dealt with when planning the kitchen knowledgeable and helpful. However, I have found the after service to be abysmal! I need 2 shelves for a larder cupboard. On 1st September I contacted Haldane Fisher regarding supply of these shelves and was informed they would be delivered when they were next on site. Didn't happen. I have phoned them every 10 to 14 days since and on 3 occasions was advised someone would return my call. No one called. In desperation, on Monday 9 November I posted a letter regarding this matter. Here we are 4 days later and no none has been in contact with me. How difficult can it be to arrange 2 shelves and deliver them when they are on site daily? I am very angry to be treated in this way. Terrible company.

Very poor quality kitchens, display units much better than those supplied. Units, worktops, and appliances all poorly installed, certainly not plum or level. Doors bowed and damaged. Following within 10 months.. - Microwave REPAIRED - Hob REPLACED - Sink REPLACED - Fridge/Freezer REPLACED - Washer/dryer REPAIRED Bathroom sanitary-ware very poor quality. - Cistern REPLACED - Mirrors REPLACED Sink poorly fitted Shower enclosures continually leaking (seals also replaced on all). Vendor very reluctant to upgrade from basic contracted selection! Detailed pricing spec not provided. Richard Dougherty - Belmont Hall, Antrim.
