The food was great, but the service was not as great. There was a 35min wait. Which we were fine with, so they took our name down and would call our cell phone when our table was ready (we waited in the car). 45mins pass so we go inside to check on our table and we were forgotten about. It took forever for us to be served. I believe they were just having an off night, but definitely sucked

Steak is always undercooked when I order takeout. My wife likes to order outback pretty often, and I like steak, but I can cook it better myself. I don’t mind it being a little rarer than I like (medium rare) but this is just raw. The place is only given any merit because their sides are decent and other items like ribs are good. But if a steakhouse can’t cook a steak right, what’s the point?
Amazing good. 5 stars from start to end. We got seated as soon as we got there. The blooming onion was perfect. The bread was hot and soft like it just came out the oven. Then the meals. 4 orders. All 4 was hot and perfect cooked. Every one was very happy with theirs. All were impressed. Drinks never got empty. Waitress was very happy and polite. She was also helpful in explaining the choices and what we ordered.
We enjoyed our experience tonight. Staff were courteous, professional, and obviously working as a team. Food was delicious and cooked to order. COVID-19 protocols were observed, well-practiced, and smooth. Thanks!
Took the wife and son to Outback last night. I haven't been to chain restaurants in a while, and last night reminded me why. The food was acceptable, service was cheerful and friendly, but just not wow like I remember it being. It's still a good chain restaurant, as I have gotten older I appreciate the service and quality that comes from locally owned restaurants. Just to add this the blooming chicken is country fried chicken using their blooming onion batter.
