I would give it NO stars if I could! Sold wrong product which they wouldn't acknowledge. Told me to bring the aggregate back .. 10 x 25kg bags. Have a heart condition. Was told that I had picked them so should take them back. (They used a fork lift to carry them!). Got through to Mike and again tried to explain but was shouted over and asked why I hadn't bought from my previous supplier... well Mike ... I went back to them and got the PROPER golden flint ... yellowish in colour if you're interested .. not the dull, grey flint you sold me. I will inform others of your rudeness and awful 'customer service' if you can call it that. And in repsonse to their reply ... Mike shouted over the top of me as I was trying to talk. The packages received stated 'flint' not 'golden flint'. Have no worries ... I won't be back.
Visted a few time now. And i like what's going here. Good quanty of stock many item for the building trade and for a handyman.
Good priced local builders merchants used the lots over the pandemic and they were quick with delivery and one of the best for the basics like sand and roofing slates
