Terrible auction house that is either dishonest or lacks knowledge of the items that they are selling. Items are regularly misrepresented and things made up to help them sell. Online bidding is here so they need to provide correct information or go out of business. I won't be buying again and cannot recommend anyone else do so. The below review is also shocking - all reputable auction houses stand by their condition reports, if this one doesn't then they are as disreputable as I thought they were. You have been warned.
I was used to visiting for the live auctions, and have found the change to online bidding really useful and easy (via the Saleroom). Staff are helpful and the quality of lots seems to have gone up with the increased audience.
