Asked for a shortbread and battenburg milkshake. Took a sip of it..no flavour. Just seems like a cup of milk. Gave it a stir and tried again. Still tasteless but it seemed like there was some biscuit like texture was in there. Went back in and asked if they had put the battenburg in as there was no flavour. \Yeah\ was the response. Followed by them rolling their eyes at me. Battenburg is usually a strong flavour paid 4.15 for a cup of milk! Felt really ripped off. I know it's blended but I expected at least a hint of the things actually being in there.

Serves really nice milkshakes that you can customise yourself with different ingredients/sweets/toppings. Customer service is good, the shakes are made fast so there's virtually no wait. Is a little expensive but a nice treat. They say they do an online giveaway wherein you post a #shakeaholicselfie and can win a large shake for free, however I have seen no such activity posted on any of their social medias.

I took my son who is 11 years old and his friend who is 10, and I was appalled by the music they had on, all foul language effing this and effing that, wont be going back, that's for sure. Disgraceful choice of music when families take their young children in for a milk shake I even made a comment and it was totally ignored
