As a person who has been in the premises on a visit (not planned) after I suffered a bad head injury. I have to say that I have been blown away by the experience as I was treated as a human being by the doctors, the nurses were very excellent and helpful and polite. Plus I have to say that I have found that some of the nurses were very excellent and helpful and polite and sexy. This man cannot say anything bad about the premises or the team as they were superbe.

Obviously, people don't like to visit hospitals, so when they do, they want the experience to be as pleasant as possible. I had to attend the outpatient department both pre- and post- lockdown for the same treatment. I'd never been to the RVI before and found the whole experience comforting. The staff were excellent and the hospital was spotless.

Having attended the Endoscopy department on 29th October I would like to say how wonderful and caring all the staff are from the cheerful receptionist to all the nursing staff and to Mr Richard Brady . Thank you so much for your attentive and caring work. It made a stressful situation all the better to deal with. I now look forward to my much awaited hysterectomy , with the confidence of this wonderful hospital. THANK YOU.

Only ever attended as a visitor or outpatient. Large hospital with specialist enters for certain conditions. It’s near the town centre, which was useful as I had an hour to kill. There are several cafés and a shop. Signage seemed quite clear and a chap was on hand to direct me to the right dept.
