Very disappointed by the sudden drop in customer service and general attitude by the normally professional receptionists. Arrived in advance of my appointment and was welcomed by a yes? I gave my name and the time of my appointment and was told to take a seat. The time of my appointment came and went, the door to the treatment was open (obviously no client being treated) and all I could hear were the receptionists chatting loudly and laughing obviously having a good time. No apology, no explanation for the delay, when suddenly a female patient arrived and was seen in my place. There may be very good reasons for this though this is not a hospital and I doubt that this was an emergency..... The next lady who arrived was welcomed with loud cheers and I had more and more the impression that I crashed a party. I left at five o‘clock twenty minutes after my appointment was suppose to have started. The therapist said she was sorry and so am I. I remember a time where female practitioners were top class as they seemed to have to prove they were their male colleagues equals. It seems ti ne that they have achieve their goal.

As a self doubting, nervous and somewhat fragile trans woman in the early stages of my journey, I made my first appointment with Laserase a couple of years ago. After meeting, and discussing my needs with Jo and Ali, I initially began to address the dense forest of man hair that covered my back, then came my front, my legs, my hindquarters, my abdomen, etc. Eewww, who was that walking hearth rug? Now, feeling properly \me\ for the first time, I'm essentially a fur free zone and have also begun my facial electrolysis. Yay! I am massively grateful to Jo, Ali and the equally lovely admin staff at Laserase, all of whose tireless patience and empathy have helped me to stay positive, to move on with my life through some dark times and to feel good about being myself at last. Laserase, you have made my life worth living and I thank you, from the (hair-free) bottom of my heart. See you soon, J

I have been a patient at laserase on and off for a number of years, first when they were based within the Freeman Hospital and more recently at their spacious new clinic. There are many reasons why I choose to make the three hour round trip for my treatments, but the main reason is I simply would not go anywhere else. Jo and the team are truly fantastic, their sensitive approach, knowledge and customer care is second to none. Having developed acne rosacea whilst pregnant, anything that draws attention to my face, particularly during a flare up leaves me feeling embarrassed, anxious and at times emotional. However the sensitivity, empathy and commitment to treating my skin shown by Jo and Debra gives me utter confidence in them, and time and time again the results speak for themselves. It's particularly the little touches that makes this clinic stand out, from advice and guidance to giving me time to reapply my makeup in the treatment room in order to face the world that makes all the difference. Its impressive that as a clinic they are always training in their quest to constantly find treatments that provide the greatest results for their clients, so much so that every time I visit my list of treatments to try gets longer and longer. The clinics ethos is very much striving for excellence with an ethical approach of genuinely wanting the best results for their clients, and as my skin who has a love affair with this clinic will testify they achieve this every single time. I would highly recommend laserase and am extremely grateful I found them.
