I recently purchased a watch and found the service to be exceptional. I was made to feel very important as a customer and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Mick and Danielle in particular who looked after me throughout the experience were exceptional. i was looking to buy my first high end watch and vicky from the goldsmith branch on blackett street was the lady a close friend recommended as he has purchased a couple of watches from her in the past. There did not have the exact watch i was looking for in stock as there is a waiting list for it, which i have been put onto, but there did have my second choice which bought. Vicky was very professional and knowledgeable and i would highly recommend both her and the shop and i look forward to my next visit to hopefully to pick up my first choice watch.

Excellent customer service I spoke on the phone this morning to Linda i was looking for a specific Breitling Navitimer which they had in stock. Did a deal over the phone and went down this afternoon to collect and again Linda could not have been more helpful despite me arriving 45 minutes early. Linda arranged to have the strap adjusted and i was back on the road in 15 minutes. Linda was extremely helpful and efficient. Next time i want any jeweler or watches i will be back to Newcastle and i live in Scotland. Thanks again Linda
