Great service from a very trustworthy Neil. He blasted a number of painted beams and mullions in our heritage building back to original condition and cleaned some stone and brick walls. Great job at a great price, and he went above and beyond what I expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and I think it might well be some of the best money we spend on our entire renovation as it has transformed the interior Thanks!

Blasting magic to Blasting tragic! We hired Neil as he gave us a reasonable price for shot blasting a large industrial building in byker. All work was completed and I was pleased with what was done. Whilst doing the work Blasting Magic said to the maintance manager of the estate that he covered / protected all the fire alarm sensors as this kind of blasting simply damages them. (5 in total) however, they never covered or protected one! they all therefore became totally contaminated from the dust, sand etc and all needed replacing. We gave blasting magic the opportunity to fix the problem however, he hasn't sent anyone round or even replyed to emails/text msgs! basically taking the money and ran without resolving the issue! Knowing fine well its a major safety concern as we were left with a industrial building without fire protection. We told Neil the importance to getting these replaced as soon as possible as our insurance is void without them. Not only did he lie about covering the alarms he simply hasn't responded to the repairs cost nor wanted to rectify the situation by getting them fixed. its been 3weeks now and looks like we will have to cover the cost of replacing them which seems totally unfair. we feel totally let down! If blasting magic resolved this situation I would of written a very different review

terrible ripped me off said he would come back to finish the job and never did then stopped answering his phone
