Great service and the alterations are always perfect.
I had my prom dress altered here and could not recommended it highly enough. The dress did not fit well at all before and was heavily beaded meaning I did not believe any alterations were possible. The lady was very friendly and helpful, and the dress fitted very well after it had been altered. The cost is very reasonable and the dress was ready in a week. Thank you so much.
brought in very expensive leather jacket and some other alterations- didn't follow instructions- didn't patch the leather as asked and basically just used fabric glue on the leather so the tear still showed (just glued together the tear,. Missed two other places that needed repair. Then brought in another alteration recently and she couldn't be bothered and sent me out the door without even looking at what I needed done. I like to use local folks but this in another example of those who don't go the extra mile just want quick and easy money work.... sorry she seems nice but truth is truth
I dropped off a motorcycle jacket for a new zip which was repaired on time and a great job, I asked for a quick repair on a glove when I collected and the lady did this as I waited. Fantastic service. Many thanks
