Terrible experience. I called to schedule my husband a vasectomy they rescheduled 4 times and then refused to do the procedure because he supposedly missed the appointment. Now he's no longer allowed to go back to deaconess and has to find a new clinic. I am so disappointed with deaconess right now!

Horrible staff. Horrible response time. They'll make you walk around with kidney stones for months and offer no help and even tell you that it's no big deal. When they do finally decide to do something (again after MONTHS) they're going to squeeze in a vacation first. Just go anywhere else. I promise you won't regret it.
