Dr. Mimi Ton is a horrible Practitioner that doesn’t deserve a rating!!! She’s rude, over speak parents, has a terrible tone and it’s obvious she doesn’t care about special needs population. My daughter visited the practice today and I definitely not impressed. She was recommended by Dr. Sunaryo who retired 2 years ago. He was very detailed, patient centered and most importantly very nurturing. Being referred by Dr. Sunaryo, I expected similar if not better service. My daughter has 15 years of complex issues in several areas; therefore not remembering every detail I think is normal. Well this annoyed Mimi Ton, as a result she over spoke us, made faces and was least bit interested in my Daughter’s care. I won’t be returning and would not recommend her to anyone. BTW I’m a Registered Nurse at the hospital she’s staffed at and I’m embarrassed that she’s the Head of the Gastrointestinal Department and will never recommend her to families I encounter.
