Terrible platform full of spammers and scammers! Wasted 25 for a month subscription in Nov-Dec 2017 for Southern California area. Got one reply from a landlord that was never available to show the place (smelled like scam), and got 1 legit contact from a landlord not close to the desired area. Got many, many spam messages and questionable solicitations and invitations.
I tried a 5 day subscription, deactivated my account and then got charged for the full month. I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it to me or provide proof of purchase. So now, I scavenge the internet telling everyone my experience. Stay away.
