Vitaly is amazing! 've been looking for a hairdresser since I moved to New York 5 years ago. I have blond and thin hair and have been doing highlights for a while. Vitaliy made my blond just perfect. I’ve been going to Michael’s for about 10 months now and what I like about this no fuss salon for someone who never spends much on her hair is that he never tries to do something with my hair that I don’t want. I’m very low maintenance about my hair and so he always does a simple trim or cut for me that takes 15 to 20 minutes and always ends up looking fresher and cleaner than before. He also often blow dries my hair at no additional cost and styles it with conditioning oil. Would definitely recommend!
This is my favorite salon in NYC! Michael, the owner of the salon, cut my hair and he did an amazing job. He took the time to understand the kind of haircut I wanted and several times during the haircut he stopped to ask if i liked the length; his communication put me at ease during the entire haircut. The woman who also washed my hair did a great job and took the time to take all of my crazy knots out and honestly her washing my hair felt like a free head massage. I only went in for a haircut but Michael stopped me and told me it was too cold/rainy for me to go out with my hair wet so he blowdried it for free. So nice!! Will be back again. (Was here over a year ago and he still remembered me and my twin sister!). You won't regret coming here.
