Surprised by how rude the nurse practitioner was. A simple question like is my assessment complete was answered so condescendingly. Especially during these times, I think it’s so important to treat everyone kindly. Everyone else was nice though.

Very messy facility. I was here Monday January 18 for my Covid 19 vaccine They lost my chart. The next thing you know, the provider name, Automne signed the wrong chart and started she already gave me the vaccine. Luckily I heard her talking and I intervened to let them know that I haven’t received it yet and she went like, oh sorry I signed your chart by mistake instead of somebody else chart, but come I will give you the vaccine. Her name is Automne, dark tall, lady with tattoos on her hands. Be careful whoever go there make sure you pay attention and double check everything.

I was told that because I refused the vaccine even though I already had it that my job would refuse me. That is illegal and they also told me that my vaccine was only good for 10 years. According to the CDC it is good for 30 years so that is incorrect. I was snapped out for eating even though half of the staff did not have their mask on correctly and I asked the manager to sign a form and she refused and said that that was a breach and protocol even though it was not. I had a horrible experience and if my work wouldn't have paid for it I would have got up and left and not paid for anything.

The office visit was fine however I could not get any one over the phone. Extremely long wait times on the phone.

My mother's blood pressure was extremely elevated after trying to receive patient care today at mobile health Manhattan. It seems like the staff punishes patients who complains about their service by keeping them in their office longer than necessary, and during a covid19 pandemic, on purpose...Misplacing a patient's confidential information on purpose is braking HIPPA laws ...If a patient's acting a little frustrated, a professional health care worker will try to get that patient treated, and on their way asap. Not punishes them by purposely misplacing their personal information , and keep them waiting , causing the individual to become agitated. Totally unprofessional staffs behaviour !
