I usually order from here and it’s really good but they gave me spoiled white rice it smelled horrible! I don’t understand how they can sell that to customers! I called and they are sending me another rice but honestly I don’t even want it! I will be finding another Spanish restaurant in my area because that was just wrong!

Food there is good
This is a good spot for some authentic Dominican food. The food is delicious; that's about the best thing about this restaurant; the rest is pretty average. The prices is what one would expect in this party of the City. The layout of the place is not very conducive to eating in, although the place is not small. However, the front tables are right next to the people ordering, (heavy traffic area), and you don't want to seat in the back, next to the kitchen.... Also, due to the high traffic, the staff are unwilling, or unable to really give personalized care to their customers....
They get 2 stars because the food was good, but if you have limited time DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They were almost 40 minutes late with my order and did not even bother to call to notify. My lunch hour was over by the time they showed up, so I was barely able to eat. When the delivery man shows up he calls, and blurts out \DELIVERY\. I was not about to go downstairs to get my food after that long wait and especially since my lunch hour was officially over. So I pointed out to him that, as per my order, I am in room number 203. He hangs up and shows up to deliver the food without any apology for the delay. I do not think I will ever order from this place again. There is a lot of room for improvement in their customer service quality.
