Good facilities and good environment and proper care of cleaning facility, Open gallery area, Fresh hot food being served 3 times a day. Homely environment. 24*7 electricity, free wifi.. fully furnished ac and non ac rooms and full enjoyment on festivals...

PG management is not at all ethical towards their responsibility. Electricity bill issue-They charge 12/rs unit from student which is not at all justified it's our parent's hard earn money. As per Delhi government per unit charges are quite low. Rent- Three times in a year they increased rent which is against the norms of government of India only tenent can increase rent after 11 months. Payment Terms- They are expecting payment only in cash even for which they will not give any recipet, my father is a responsible income tax payer of country he faces issues just because of PG management payment terms. Security Issue- They are not providing security to girls and even not care of it. Food- Wrist food they provided, sometimes morning dish they servers in dinner. Warden- She is very rude lady and don't have ethical values too.
