Such a grand Biryani! , they served me Veg Dum Pukht Biryani , the aroma drived me to the biryani heaven. That dum pukht and biryani rice masala combo aroma! so good. The taste was good , aroma intensified while I put biryani in the mouth (signs of Good Biryani) Rice grains were long , perfect for biryani and cooked to mouth melting and great taste ( Rice quality is a bit better than Biryani Blues , but lesser masala ) Quantity was ok for one person , Veggie content was less in comparison to rice , but Paneer chunks were present more in number. Alongside biryani , Cucumber Raita was served which had awesome taste (just like my Mom cooks) lots of cucumber in very fresh curd , ...so yumm! The time I ordered biryani , there was only a trainee chef was available ,so He cooked for me. Later on , Chief chef called me to check the service. Nice Biryani Hoping to try their non veg biryani also! 4*

Born into a restaurant family in Afghanistan, he acquired a natural culinary flair and mastered the clandestine art of creating the perfect Mughlai cuisine. In his pursuit of redefining Persian and Mughlai delights, he is joined by the other co-founders, Waheed Zikria and Javed Zikria who originally descend from Afghanistan as well. However, having been born and brought up in India, they best understand the nerve of the Indian food fanatic. With authentic flavours, hand-picked spices, consciously sourced ingredients and original recipes from preserved manuscripts, ROYAL PERSIAN BIRYAN is on a journey to serve its patrons with succulent dishes that emanate a rich aromatic sensation and a delectable culinary experience.
