I'll definitely not give a good star rating, mainly because of their ATM. They have 2 ATM machines and most of the times these are out of cash. The worst part is the machine with cash accepting/deposit feature is also out of service most of the times. When complained to the Bank they never have a satisfactory answer.

1 star because 0 star cannot be added. Fake commitment made by bank staff. They committed to open my current account within 2-3 working days. After 6 working days they are asking for two more days. Because of urgency I was trying to be in touch with staff but he (Abhishek) refuses my calls. Also, staff member accepted a cheque with major error. Clearly, bank is not taking their job and customer seriously .
