Gulshan Homz Ltd failed it's believers in timliness! As a customer I feel cheated after buying a unit in Bellina. I have been a customer since 2014 & they promised possession in December 2018. Still waiting. They don't pay penalty due to the customer but charge 18% interest if customer is late in paying by even one day. They don't bother to answer calls or emails. Don't give update on construction. Enjoying their luxurious life at the cost of customers' hard earned money!! Siphoning off money into new project while the hapless customers keep waiting paying burden of both rent and emi!! Very disappointing!!

This builder is no better than Amrapali. Think 2000 times before doing any deal. Search about Bellina project to know the truth.

Very unpleasant experience. Fighting for possession of my flat since last 2 years. But no progress. I would never trust Gulshan brand anymore. Very unprofessional way of doing work. Please stay away from this Gulshan Homz.
