We found this place for lunch after our long walk close to the harbor. What a pleasant surprise it was. This was an authentic Napoli experience for us. They didn't speak English and the menu was all in Italian. But, I must say I had the best chicken I've ever had here. Chicken was so tasty I had to order another one. We also got some pasta and fried fish. They were good too but the chicken was just outstanding. With all the dishes we ordered plus sparkly water and wine we ended up paying 17 Euros. To the point that we thought they made a mistake and asked to consider the second chicken we ordered. But, No it was included and all together it was 17 Euros for the meal for 2 people. It was just the cherry on top to give this place an easy 5 star for food and the prices.

The only word that comes to my mind is outstanding! Ingredients are high quality and portions as generous as if your mother was the chef. Staff is friendly and kind. Fast service and hugely variable menu: every day you get something different. The choice of having unkonwn clients sharing the same table is peculiar and smart at the same time, allowing more clients to sit down while favouring socialization. Beware, it cam cause addiction...
Amazing napolitan cuisine with a great price. People is going to make you feel welcome and do the best effort to explain the menu. Food is tasty and fast delivered. Don't expect a cozy and elegant place to eat , this is where locals go for every day eating.
This is as authentic as it can get, like walking into your Italian grandma's kitchen and be served. Some of the dishes are very good, some are very home like. Either way, terrific value for money and you will not be hungry for many hours later.
Excellent quality! The roasted Scamorza and friarielli were delicious, nice staff and good idea to share the table!
