After a short wait, we were treated to what felt like a true Italian home-cooked experience, with delicious pasta for the first course and absolutely delicious meatballs for the second! Highly recommended to visit if you find yourself in Naples!

The most authentic Italian dining I’ve ever had. Gramps will greet you with a wonderful (home made?) wine and ensure you won’t leave hungry. The prices were more than reasonable. Will revisit if I’m back in town.

A must-eat in Naples! A fantastic home cooked, family-run hideaway in Vomero. Be sure to arrive early as it gets busy, even still it’s worth the wait! No menu, simple and delicious at its best. Cannot recommend highly enough - cheaper than most neighbouring restaurants too (but that’s not the point) ️️️️️️

The best food I've eaten in weeks whilenvisiring the region. Home cooked delicacies. Don't eat elsewhere. A simple as that..

My wife, mother-in-law, and I were in the Vomero district and found this gem while looking for lunch. They open at 1300. You are greeted by the 90-year-old owner who is stern at first, but quickly warms up as he serves you. He even smiles and winks! The food is amazing from the first bite you take. There is no menu, you get to pick a first course, second and I think third (but we were full by the second). It's small, so get there as they open. It is worth the trip - certainly a meal we will remember long after our trip!
