I thought the store would be more like a bass pro shop but it's more like the exercise department for a target. Nothing really cool or interesting. To find an employee is mission impossible. I found a wider variety of selection at Walmart.

I purchased a Pelican 80 NXT kayak from Justin, he was very helpful and the process was a breeze. I got home and realized I had planned on buying the 100 NXT but the online prices weren’t posted and I only looked at the posted price, not the model. I went right back to the store to swap them out and pay the difference. Faith was at the checkout counter and said no problem with returning it since I just bought it an hour before. I went to grab the 100 NXT but the color I wanted wasn’t on the floor. The system said they had it so Justin and another associate went to the back to check the truck that had just arrived. They came back saying it wasn’t back there, and that the only one they had was the display outside. They told me it had been outside and exposed to the elements but it was the color I wanted so I took it. Justin brought it inside and Faith rang it up. The manager even took a little off since it was a model that was outside and because the process took a little while. Justin even helped me take it out and put it on the car. Overall great experience and Faith and Justin were awesome to work with. Highly recommend working with them.

Elizabeth at the bike area was a fantastic help. Very knowledgeable and really took the time to get me sorted out for the perfect setup. Staff in general were wonderful.
