Just called the store to ask some questions about how to shop here during Corona era, was into a shouting match with Bob, disappointing. Definitely will not be shopping here, I am talking 30-50 windows and several doors for a big property. Need to learn how to improve your customer service on the phone.
Bob Goldstein, the store manager is great to work with. Very responsive and professional. We are a design and build firm and we hope to buy windows and doors for all of our projects from him.
Just needed a replacement original Anderson window screen. I walked in, ordered the part from a helpful gentleman who knew the questions to ask. The screen came in after a couple of days and I was notified with a phone call. What more can you ask? I'm going back for a replacement double glazed glass panel for my front door...
