I would say staff are very professional, fast paced, curteous, and work very hard keeping the house very clean not a spec of dirt anywhere including the washroom. The staff deal with lots of intoxicated at risk people with virtually every mental disorder that is in a dsm. While that is said clothes may be washed and lite food is provided. My only complaints is cigarette smoking is allowed for critical care bed residents. While i usually enjoy sleeping on the floor and hypothetically it makes sense for intoxicated persona to not fall off a bed on a floor, yet im on a floor. Pj are mandatory n vitals are recorded feel free to use a fake name. I dont know why this informations is required but whatever reason probably for your own safety. Persons are allowed to sleep in a room for 23 hours a day with six hours out. Mandatory substances must be consumed in order to access services. Cheers. The only additional thimg i should mention is no personal items are allowed in with person. So no books, laptop, or even cell phones. Interestingly medication use is not allowed until you are leaving. Finally the camera in the living room above a floor mat is fairly annoying to sleep with it above a person. Phone is accessible in during the day also so is supportive access to a number of services.

I am a neighbour and am constantly woke up at all times of the day, The worst is 3:00am, people swearing and yelling at the staff, myself and others in the neighbourhood. It’s a walk up facility and attracts all kinds of people hanging around that don’t belong here waiting at a chance of one of six sobering beds???? The facility is poorly managed for admission. I would recommend a different procedure for admitting. NOT A WALK UP FACILITY!!!!!! Possible walk up to front door (Not an obscure side door entrance) It’s not a good thing for this neighbourhood!!!!
