We just ordered three different bowls of noodles base on the menu pictures. There's no English. Worked out great as all of them were super delicious. Go for the black colored soup base. You don't get that just anywhere. Staff was very friendly and patient with us. The max you pay is 1050 for a bowl.

One of the prestige tantan-men (spicy ramen) in Tokyo, where my wife and I have our Toshikoshi-soba (tradition in Japan to eat soba at year end. Ramen is soba, right?) and have the very first ramen of the year after New Year's. The flavor is rich with lots of umami from shrimp, and the fragrance and tanginess of Chinese pepper and hot sesame oil will get you hooked the moment you experience it. I strongly recommend Ta-ro (fat meat) char-siu tantanmen for the hungry boys and chicken char-siu for those who seek for healthier bowl. Adding a small bowl of rice is free! And I recommend dipping your rice into the shining soup of glory.
A bit packed, but adds to the atmosphere of an old timey ramen shop. I have had an uneventful ramen experience so far in Japan, and this place did not change that. Good ramen regardless but maybe just game changing enough for me. The broth was good and had depth and body, but the noodles themselves were a bit unflavoured. Staff was friendly
I love visiting restaurants like this, so authentic. The Level 4 Spicy Ramen is well worth trying. Local food, at local prices just minutes walk from Nakano Station
