A fantastic hotel. Clean, beautiful rooms and a very good staff always smiling. The breakfast is good as well. There is even a swimming pool for relaxing after a long day of visits.

The hotel is of medium size in traditional Thai style, very nice and suiting the region. The big plus about it is its location, in walkable distance to downtown. Breakfast was so-so, but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. Good clean rooms and very friendly staff. Easy to book a car through reliable rental services associated with the hotel.
Nice and clean room. Very friendly, caring and attentive staff. Free drinks and snacks in a room and free cakes and sweets available all day at lobby. Outside swimming pool also has a shallow water swimming pool for smaller children. Parking spots in front of the entrance. Only con was that we stayed in Dec and hot water was not warm enough ;) But overall we had a wonderful stay.
I stayed in this hotel while I was up in Chiang Rai and I think I could have done better for the pricing. I have to say that I thought the staff were excellent, polite and attentive. This made up for any of the marketing that wasn’t quite right. There was a pool there but to be honest it didn’t look to me like it did on the brochure, but that’s photography for you. I had a Large executive room and I expected more, even though it did look nice. The curtains in the room were closed when I arrived and this was because upon opening them there was a tin construction 2 feet away from the window. There was no view and this obstructed any light also entering. It said also on the website it was a hotel and spa and there was no sight of any spa other then the pool. I asked at the front desk to book a massage and they said they didn’t have one and gave me a card to go into town. There were free pedal bikes available, plus they were able to get motorbikes delivered in about 15 minutes which was helpful. There was plenty to eat at breakfast which was good, and a menu where you could purchase lunch and dinner. They had a free shuttle to the night bizar and the clock in the evening from 6.30 on the hour for 3 hours.
During our 15-day stay in Thailand we spent one night in this hotel in Chang Rai, where we found friendly and welcoming people. They help me with my gluten allergy (not very common here in Asia) preparing a special breakfast I really enjoyed. Thanks to Chef Jean for such a delicious! I really recommend this hotel for relaxing and discovering Chang Rai.
Great hotel that I would for sure recommend. We were very well welcomed when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool and tasty food. Free cooking classes. Free shuttle to the airport / local markets and temples.
This is a really lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. We have been to a few 4 stars and this is one of the best ones by far. They had free complimentary snacks in the room and in the reception area which you could help yourself to all day, everyday, they also gave you complimentary snacks and water around the pool and banana crisps on check out. All the little extras was lovely and we havent had that anywhere else! The gym was a decent size and the pool was great. I highly recommend this hotel. I want to go back!!!
