Fast appointment (less than 10 minutes waiting time), helpful and English speaking staff. Only the sign/indicator inside the building is a bit confusing, you may need a google translator to know which floor has what services. All sign and text are in German. Other than it was great experienced

I have only started with the process of getting my documents. I have to do all by phone and mail because I don't live in Germany right now but I must say, that so far my experience is very positive. This 5 stars go to Frau Schörderle.

Website- you can change it to English but some sections are still in german and when you try l translate it goes back to the home page. Infuriating. Website does not have the information I need Called- reception does not speak any English , doesn’t even try, and won’t pass me to any one who does. She keeps saying the reception speaks german (in german). Incredibly incredibly rude and unhelpful tone, repeating herself. The lady then hangs up. The staff should speak English or at least one person. Munich has many foreigners and most will speak English and few will have learnt any German when they arrive. It’s an embarrassment to the German education system and to your recruitment, training and office culture that employees don’t speak any English and what’s worse is they don’t care enough to try or even to psss you to a colleague who may speak enough to help you. They should know some simple phrases and should never hang up on someone after just saying she doesn’t speak English .
