Even after the installation and payment. Eric continued the great service by following up to see if there's any issues and reminding me to flush the filter haha

Highly Recommended! My installer was Eric who was super friendly in explaining how everything works. He recommended a filter that filters up to 0.01 micron to filter all incoming water to my whole apartment (by the way, the virus that causes COVID-19 is approximately 0.125 micron), this filter can filter sediments as small as 0.01 micron! Since having this filter, my other filters (i have 1 under sink in the kitchen and 1 for laundry, both are 1 micron filters from another company) are all super clean now without even a single speck of yellow/stain/mud visible. Previously, these filters would turn yellow/brown within days after replacing a new filter cartridge! Even with the 1 micron filter, my dish rack still showed yellow stains! Everything is clean now after installing MyFilter and I am really satisfied with the product filter and the services they provided. 100% highly recommended.
Recently purchase a AO Alkaline Machine from the company. Mainly I can say that the staff were really insightful and friendly through out the course of my purchase, to installation and utilizing it in the end. My best advice to any future consumers to consult with the staff as thorough as possible to get the best out of any purchase as I can assure they do provide valid information for your future knowledge when using the product.
