Great place to explore the a new world of stones. As an Architect we totally recommend you to go visit there store and add stone as a natures element in your space it gives a wow factor! Team exactly knows what they are doing and take time to educate you in friendly relaxed way.

We had seen the their collection at Lower Parel showroom in December last week. We liked a design for our living room wall. But we were confused as we needed urgent delivery as we had our house opening in 3rd week of January. Mr. Sankalp the marketing guy and the store manager committed us a dispatch by 15th Jan and latest delivery by 18th Jan. We went by their word and made all payments as per agreed terms. After the complete payment was done, a day before the delivery was committed, Sankalp calls me up to say due to some issue stones will be delivered by 22nd Jan to which I say ok. Now every day morning since 22nd Jan, he says stones will be delivered by evening. Its been 26th Jan, yet nothing has come. Also now that they have taken complete payment they do not care about client service. It was my mistake to trust them. Never ever am I or my Interior are going to recommend they to anyone. The living room wall looked embarrassing in front of guests during the house puja. Strictly do not go by how they portray or market at various exhibitions or their showroom. One of the most unprofessional people I have come across. Update 2: The stones finally arrived on 27th Jan, almost 10 days after the promised date. The stones are looking really nice after installing. Only issue is with their delivery commitment. For future suggest to go safe on your delivery commitments.

My order / delivery is kept pending for unexplained reasons, with a excuse of transport. Non of the product delivery depends on another order being shipped to same state. Not happy with the services. Even though the order was confirmed on 19th September-Delivery is still not done till end of October. 1st i was said the delivery is pending as they cudnt find a transporter to Kolkatta due to Durga Pooja, etc. Dassehra is also gone. Diwali has arrived still order is pending to be shipped.

Substandard quality of stone wall gold leafing work provided. Started decolouring and wearing off in 3 months. We were charged unreasonably high rate for this quality of product and have been following Up for 6 months to get it fixed. No value for cost and absolutely bad response to recurring complaints.
