They took delivery charges in advance and provided a receipt which states my parcel will be delivered to Amethi which was booked from Mumbai, after multiple follow ups they said they deliver parcels till Lucknow and from there you have to pay extra charges for small carrier. Out of frustration I agreed but later on they said they will be able to deliver my parcel to Jagdishpur which is 60 KM far from Amethi and the other carrier charged me Rs. 500. Do not business with these guys they will fool you
