the most disgusting place and people to deal with, i have called them not less that 50-60 times, to know about the delivery time of the furniture that i have ordered 17 days back, only once someone picked up the call and said they shall revert, ever since i m awaiting their revert and have not been able to reach any numbers that were given to me. worst place. do not deal with them

Trauma is the word.... Extremely bad service the staff has no clue of the order each one keeps passing different numbers to coordinate my white wicker furniture which was suppose to arrive 14 of Oct was delayed till 26 th and when it arrives late night.. t is incomplete with out cushions I was coordinating with one Mr anil then he stopped picking up calls, Mr Pritesh... They attend to you as and when they want... then Dhanraj, though Dhanraj tried to sort last min problems. then some lady all my diwali week is spent only coordinating they give you stupid excuses yest when I walked in to the shop... Coz my cushion was not given and the chairs were unfinished they handed me over cushion which when I place was not made for the chairs,again one person is sent to rectify it that too after following up . Even in the beginning it took two days for person to just to take measurements.. most unprofessional dealers I have ever come across we have made lots furniture from different t places but this place sucks they act they are doing you a favour. If any one can help me I want to know can I place Complain under consumer act.. My nightmare has not ended worst place don't deal or buy from them.
