I purchased 18inch makrana ganesha idol. The murti was upto the mark. I liked : 1. The delivery was prompt and on time. 2. The quality of marble was as promised 3. Frequent updates on the status of the idol was provided. 4. Artist is very helpful, soft-spoken and have variety of models to selct from. I dint like : 1. I ordered 18 inch, where I received little more than 17 inch. (I am considerate considering it is hand work and not casted.) 2. The eyes of the idol I received is quite different from the image I selected (I specifically asked to give utmost importance on eyes and make it exactly same as the image I selected as it is the most important aspect of idol and the artist confirmed on it.)(However, I have to be considerate as it is hand made and not casted.) 3. Discuss on mode and charges (if any) of transport in the beginning and note it down. Inspite of discussing it in the beginning, I had to discuss it again during delivery as the artist forgot about the initial discussion.
