Since joining Esprit Pilates 2 years ago I have met some amazing people, instructors and clients. The instructors have always made me feel comfortable and helped me so much in improving my mobility and strengthen overall. Mel and the team have always instructed their clients to work within their abilities and will accommodate personal care to each participant. HIGHLY! recommended, I had lower back issues for 10 years living on pain medication, 6 months of semi private classes with Cat was exactly what I needed after doing and trying so many other types of programs in different fields I wish I started Pilates sooner, Very thankful for all your help the last 6 months. The biggest bonus, very little pain at all stronger! more focused! And most of all MEDICATION FREE!!!

Having a lot of discomfort and pain from Bursitis and plantar Fasciitis I gave Esprit Pilates a trial go around 6 weeks ago and joined immediately!!! I love the various classes on offer Mat,Reformer and Barre Pilates and I attend as many classes as I can fit in. The instructors Mel & Kelly are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The explanations are thorough and clear, and they are hands on so I know I’m doing it right. The atmosphere is positive, and I have loads of fun. The best part is my pain and discomfort has decreased and I’m feeling more flexible, balanced and stronger!! 100% recommend

Esprit has become my second home. The instructors, in addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, also take a personal interest in your well being and adjust the classes accordingly. Growing up with chronic back pain, the mobility, flexibility and body-awareness I’ve been able to develop and improve over the past couple of years has quite literally changed my life. Not to mention the core strength!! The ‘Esprit family’ the team have fostered, inclusive of the instructors and members, makes it a place to which I very much look forward to visiting as much as possible in my week. Even if it means traveling from my new place in the city!! Worth it.
