My event was booked for March 2, 2019 and booked online! I booked the event on Feb. 15, 2019 and the cost was 415 for a 2 hours booking! Upon booking there was a box to click if you would need invitations for your party, of course I clicked that I needed invites. The contract stated that the invitations would be mailed out as soon as payment was received. So a week passed, it was Feb. 23, 2019, and I hadn’t received any invitations. I reached out and I was told they were unaware that I needed invitations! So I had to meet the owner to physically receive invitations on feb. 25th which gave me a few days to distribute the invitations. I never received a follow up call prior to the event. I called lots of times the day of the event to ensure everything was still in place. The owner was very snobbish when speaking with her to figure out where to park the truck in the street. Her crew consisted of an 1 adult (an older guy) and 3 underaged children! The owner dropped the truck off and left the premises, so I dealt with the children to determine the setup of the popcorn machine, cupcakes, drinks, etc. The older guys told me he was tired of asking questions while figuring out where everything was going to setup, the little girl was clapping her hands and raising her voice talking about “so are we putting the popcorn machine over here or over there” pointing fingers! The little girl got to saying they were all underaged and just there to setup the machine nothing more! She got on the phone with her mom(the owner) repeating things being said so calling herself telling what’s going on with and attitude and it was just a big mess! They had no patience at all! It was very unorganized. Very bad customer service and bad attitudes. They had already went into the party time because their setup took longer than expected! THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A BIG NO FOR ME! I WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
