Edit Customer service team made up for original delay with upgraded item, thank you. Ordered a cable. Nothing arrived for over a month. I chased their customer service by email - no response. Months later still nothing.

So I ordered an item on June 23rd. It said to ring to check that I was also ordering the right attachment to go with it. The wrong attachment was sent. They failed to respond to my emails so I rang and got through to existing sales (press 1).They apologised and said they would order the right part and send an updated order by email. It didn't arrive or the part. Rang 2 weeks later and got through. They said it was in hand and they would issue an updated order via email. It didn't arrive. Since then I have had the usual no response to emails (asking for a return and refund) and now whenever you try to get through to existing sales you get the we are too busy to answer your call which I now know gets switched on at 9.00am when they start business. Try for yourself and see. I'm sure if you order a new piece of kit it will probably arrive, but if your expecting anything else lookout!

Shocking service - posted me a NEW mower blade, arrived damaged (arrived in a plastic bag) they agreed to change it over the phone from pictures I sent via email, then refused to change the blade when I arrived after driving 20 miles (accused me of being aggressive) the standard 'I know I'm in the wrong' response from the server, I know its going to get damaged from use, but when I buy new, I expect a new UNDAMAGED item.
