Absolutely love this store, the products are fantastic quality and last. The staff are helpful, friendly and honest. I bought friends and family gift cards for Christmas which went down a treat. Probably my favourite store in Mosman.

Visited on the 25th of Jan. The I store girl was amazing. She was on her own, very busy and couldn’t do enough to help. Good was they extended the 20% online discount to the in store item (she has to call for approval though and I had to ask) The bad was, the wrong top was put on hold, she needed approval to extend the discount and finally I walked out empty handed because my birthday gift voucher my friend purchased for me I was not able to redeem in store. This whole transaction creates a bad customer service.

Visited this store on 3/12/19 purchasing two items with great customer service. Went back in the following day 4/12/19 as I'd noticed a fault with the t-shirt I had purchased. The sales assistant beat around the bush telling me firstly that I couldn't swap the top because I was wearing it (which was fair). Then I mentioned I had a spare top and could change into it so she could do the swap. She then told me she couldn't do it without her manager there and asked if I could come back on Saturday. I said I was going back to Melbourne the next day to which she responded with the girls at high St can do it for you. She was extremely rude and reluctant to help me or be of any assistance, rather she took the approach of offloading any responsibility. Went to the high St store the following week and the lovely girls there swapped the top for me for a brand new one within 5 minutes.
