Really poor communication!! My car has been in the garage for two and a half weeks now, I’ve had no updates so I’m assuming that it’s not even been looked at yet! Have left two messages for a call back to see where it’s up to, still waiting. The service receptionist is rude and completely disinterested, I will be handing this car back at the earliest opportunity and will never buy from this company again! Really disappointed.

Not a great experience, sales side ok but they are taking your money. Steering wheel out of alignment, went in to fix but still out of alignment to the other side. Bumper trim damaged, they said they'd book it in with VW to fix it but I've since declined as I can't keep traveling to get it done. Having to pay elsewhere for proper 4 wheel alignment, new bumper trim. Will they pay for that ??? I wonder. Not a great experience !!

I have bought my last 5 cars from AC Vauxhall in Blackpool. This time the car I wanted was at the Morcambe branch some 35 miles away. The sales service at Morcambe was fantastic, arranging a personalised sales video within the hour and finance in under 3 hours. However, i did not in the end take the car because on inspection by the morcambe workshop they were unhappy with the condition of some discovered paint repairs. This honesty prevented me from accepting a car in a less than perfect condition and helped to maintain my customer loyalty to AC. Indeed, i have just purchased a car from AC blackpool. So whilst Morcambe AC did not get the sale, AC still got the customer. Well done Morcame, thank you for your excellent service and professional integrity. Dave E
