This store does not have any return policy. So you are are planning to buy and know for sure you wont return or exchange it then go for it. I had bought one bag for gift, I went to return/exchange it on next day the guy refused it. Even in their website, the return/exchange page gives http 404 error that means, it does not exist.

worst customer service ever!!! my backpack broke up and was under warranty so I bring it to them to repair... it's been already 2 months and still dont have it!!! ;(

日本からのフライト時に車輪が壊れてしまったためこちらのお店で買い替えしました。壊れたスーツケースの処分に困ったため事前に電話で確認した所、買い替え可能との快い返事をもらいました。電話で名前を伝えておくと店頭に来た時に10%割引してくれるとのことでした。日本で販売していないサムソナイトの安いモデルがたくさん置いてあり、同モールには他にもカバン売り場がありましたがサムソナイトで安いのはここだけでした。フレンドリーな接客です。保証書もしっかりつけてくれます。良い買い物ができました。
