I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife on a Friday and received it Monday morning!!! Incredible customer service, fast responses for online orders. I had never heard of this store before, when I googled for racket deals online. I did not live in Montreal, could I trust this store? It turned out to be one of the best online shopping experience ever. The site showed a discounted but out-of-stock racket, but for some reason, it was available for purchase briefly. The store honoured my order and ordered the racket in from the supplier. Though I had forgotten to add stringing, Eric Gaudreau gladly helped me with it. Thank you. I highly recommend this store, and will personally buy again.

Snobiest store in town. If you are an amateur or intermediate player looking to get shoes or a good racket the choice is good but don’t expect ANY customer service. They must be 5-6 people working there for a very small store but unless you are a pro looking to spend 5000 no one will bother look at you... We had to basically beg to get a service and try on some shoes... Seriously, when possible we buy anywhere else than here because of their attitude that is less than... Good luck!
