Finding a good affordable empanada that I can eat vegan is always a chore in VA.. but not here in NY. I was blessed to come upon this food truck on my way home and just had to stop! I've been vegan for 10 most so I'm always looking to get what I love veganize so I can have it. They didnt offer what I was looking for (black bean, corn & cheese) but they did offer a veggie empanada. It had spinach in it and it was really good too. These empanadas are a good size and price. 4. Fyi..if paying with a card you have to get atleast 10 in food so... I chose 3.. veggie for me cheese and beef for my bf. Very, very good.. I will be back!

No one beats this guy for Empanadas, there is a reason why he is a master. Always go for the pernil Empanadas they are the best. Flavorful and juicy. Of course the cheese is always good to go to. He actually fills it with cheese in every bite not just the middle. Don't forget to these with some delicious Spanish rice, by itself the flavor is there.
Best Empanadas....worth every penny and the rice was even better!
