I had a very good experience while at Moline Express care. From the front desk where u ck in they all were very professional and took my information, the nurse I seen before the Dr did a great job checking my meds & vitals were ok. The Drs as there was someone training with the main Dr , was nice. The main Dr. Was very thorough and listened to me as for what was bothering me. Everyone did a wonderful job ,I felt my needs were met well.

Very efficient, and respectful staff checking me in. Doctor also very respectful, competent, and kind. Nurse checking me into the Room very competent, and respectful also. They all made my Clinic Visit very comfortable, and felt very cared for, and knew the Doctor knew exactly what I needed to solve my Health Issue. I would highly recommend this Clinic.

Hi, i had my first experience as a patient last night, and i must say , i received such wonderful treatment from all the nurses and Doctor Julianna Castro.. they did strep swab, bronchitis swab, chest exray for pneumonia, all within 45 minutes while taking very good care of me, as my throat and ears were in tremendous burning knife cutting pain.. Thank you so much for your care and consideration, I'll definitely be back! Thanks again, Doreen

Unwilling to work with patients. My job requires specific language in the doctors note pertaining to why I was off for COVID. They were unwilling to change one word in their generic doctors note so now I get to eat those days off as work is unwilling to pay me without the word “quarantine” in their note. In which it already implies anyways. They sure billed the insurance quickly though.
