Last fall, i had the most amazing curry with a large serving. I loved the atmosphere, food, and the pay as much as you like. I paid more because of how large the serving was and how happy i was. Because of this amazing experience i was SO excited to come back this spring, but now i don’t think i’ll ever be returning. I got the nachos and the helping was hardly a snack. The man in truck was not wearing a mask. i feel like we were judged because we’re younger people and they think we won’t pay a fair price. I paid 12 for a tiny plate of nachos. While i was eating someone who seemed to know the people working ordered nachos and his plate was heaping full. i’m sad that this place wasn’t the same. very bad energy all around. if you go maybe wait to pay until you see your plate so you can pay an actual fair price.

Edit: Second visit and chef didn't have a mask at all and didn't seem to care when asked. Real bummer... The chef two days ago was great about wearing a mask. Oh my gosh, the samosas!!! They are SO GOOD! I haven't had one that good even in Seattle. The curry itself is pretty good too, and it's a pretty big portion (the picture is the curry split in half). I'd recommend enjoying an entire samosa to yourself :) Both the samosa and curry are slightly spicy, but most people should be able to enjoy it unless you really can't handle any spice!
Stopped here for dinner with my wife who is Vegan. Had great options and we enjoyed the \pay what you want\ approach, leaving what we hope was a premium amount due to the great service and really great tasting food! Also, I am a part-time meat eater and this food was really good and tasty! I'd highly recommend.
This place is legit! Everything was super flavorful. I loved that it wasn’t super oily or heavy either. I highly recommend this place. I think both vegans and meat eaters will love it
So disappointing. Arrived in town excited to try this vegan food truck (the only completely vegan option in Moab). Ordered a southwest quinoa burrito bowl, which turned out to be mostly rice, beans, and (canned?) tomatoes (and a hair). Didn't seem terribly fresh and certainly wasn't very creative. Maybe we just caught them on an off night, but 98 Center was a mich better option in town.
