Really good service from start to finish, not one problem. Responsive, lovely staff throughout from the office to the Ops through to the highly skilled, tidy & courteous man who carried out the work to a really high standard. It’s a minefield of getting damp fixed, so happy I chose the right company.

Myself & my wife discovered damp in our living room & kitchen, after asking around for a damp proofing company we were recommended Renlon. First contact was very clear and reassuring, the surveyor was well presented, very knowledgeable and provided useful technical explanation of the nature of rising damp. The report & quotation was received within a day or 2 of the surveyors visit. The technicians were lovely chaps and very hard working. I would rate their service as excellent and would definitely recommend Renlon.
I was very impressed with the honest and professional service we received when the surveyor came to our property. We showed him a previous report from another company and they explained that the report contained unnecessary work as the damp findings was mainly caused from an old leaky pipe that just needed repairing. This was much appreciated and saved us a fortune as the other company wanted to charge us 13,000 !! Would use again, thank you.
