These guys know their cars , serviced both my C350 and E350 through Belen Automotive. Adel the owner is very professional and gives an honest answer to what is actually happening with your vehicle, unlike dealerships he takes the time to explain and takes you to your vehicle to show you what exactly is wrong ;and gives you options on how the issue can be rectified , as some of us may not have to shell out ,especially during these times. I am glad I was recommended to go to Belen Automotive for my oil changes and any issues that may arise with my vehicles . Recently had a slight leak on my E350 transfer case. Should I have gone to the dealer, it would have cost me time and unnecessary up charge on costs. Adel was able to diagnose and get a seal that rectified the issue and I had my car back on the road within 4 hrs . If your looking for good mechanics , like everyone else on here ; that has reviewed them .. I agree .. call Belen Automotive and give them a try . Thanks again Belen for the good quality work .. If you are looking for honest mechanics with excellent quality then this is your shop. I have been with Belen since 2014 and have recommended many friends and family. WV, Audi, Hyundai, Ford are all the cars I personally took to the shop. Having a small baby in the car, I always have a good piece of mind that my repairs were done up to top standard. Keep up the great work!!
These guys know European cars. I have a 12 year old BMW that has over 270,000 km and it’s still going because of Belen Automotive. They offer the Best service and the Staff Mechanics are well trained and know what they are doing. I have been coming to them for 2 years and I live in Burlington and their shop is in Mississauga. To me it’s always worth the drive and o get the best service! Their quotes are accurate and use the best parts for replacement. They always treat me with respect and they explain their diagnostics in layman’s terms so that I can understand my cars problem, and how they will remedy the issues. I give this shop a 10 out of 10. Give them a try, whatever car you own. They handle all makes and models and I am sure you will drive away satisfied and happy with their service, just like me!
This place really shows the difference in dealing with a family business! Not just their amazing prices,but the twins are extremely helpful and willing to accommodate surprises that come up. This is the only non-dealership mechanic I trust with my car... They got these beautiful rims installed for an amazing prices.
