Tesla always exceeded your expectations, so same here. Couple of "gotchas", to be aware of. We want to physically compare the X & Y, But the X wasn't there since the refresher is coming, thus have to wait till June for this replacement, which make sense since tesla don't want you to confused with the older model. The Y is there so we were able to check it out, much roommier than we expected. Deposit is no longer refundable, when we deposited our model 3 a few years ago, it was 1000 fully refund if you cancel your order, no more, this time it was 100 but our sales person was very clear about it, so no complain here. We went ahead and put a deposit anyway since we are serious about the X. Will see if the June time frame is realistic though.

I read a lot of these reviews before going to buy my Tesla and was honestly kind of nervous but now I’m convinced these people just want something to complain about. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had shopping for a car. The customer service was great, the car itself is a work of art, and I’m already planning which one I want next!
Yet the most thrilling time I've had in years haha. I felt like a kid at candy store. Associate was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and even reworded things at time so it was more understandable on customers (especially people new to EV's). Highly recommend Trevor. He's my go to guy from now on

We were not excited about going to the Tesla store in Mission Viejo because of the bad reviews we read previously. We are so glad we went today. DEZ was fantastic. DEZ took us out to the model we were going to test drive and explained everything clearly. He was courteous and just an all around nice guy. I don’t know who the people that complained on the reviews worked with but I recommend DEZ to everyone. This is our first Tesla and we are excited about our purchase. Thank you DEZ for making our experience a great one.
If no stars were available that would be more appropriate. Waited an hour and the manager karen kept avoiding us because we had a question with our order. Will not be back. Never had such bad service in a dealership and i am in the business! There are definitely other options out there.
