Great soba place that has been around for 200 years. I meant to order their signature cold soba called Sarashina-soba but it was a cold day so I had a duck warm soba instead:) And also assorted vegetable tempura as wellEverything was great. Will come back to try the Sarashina soba next time!!

Yum yum yum. You can call to reserve a seat, but the restaurant is quite spacious and when we were there at 3pm there were plenty of seats for walk-ins. The staff were helpful and there was an English menu. We ordered the white soba and thick soba. We suggest to get the noodles with the tempura set as well as a side. We ordered the cold tofu which was delicious. But even without sides, drinking the broth after would fill you up!

Very authentic buckwheat soba. Make sure to order their house specialty Kakiage - SO good! They also have warm noodles/soup as well with plenty of options for every hungry stomach.

I ate all the menus. It is really the best. Thick buckwheat noodles are also delicious. Please try the clam shellfish and fried oysters. The master always welcomes guests with a smiling face. The staff who speaks good Korean is most kind.

A queue has formed when I arrived at 1150am on a weekday and the soba restaurant only opens at 1130am. The restaurant is already full at this hour. Authentic soba restaurant. You can truly taste the buckwheat and is best enjoy it cold if you are having it the first time. Goes well with tempura of any kind.
